These are one off custom knives. Most of our knives are cut from hand drawn templates in small batches. Not these. These are all free handed and have their own design. These are all made from Carbon steel. All of our carbon steel knives are made in house, by hand from start to finish using only the highest quality 1084 and 1095 high carbon steel plate. Although carbon steel knives requires more maintenance to prevent rust than stainless, they are chosen for their superior sharpness, ease of sharpening, and exceptional edge retention.
